Creating small habits is a very effective way to improve your life. You can build momentum and achieve great things by taking small steps toward your goals and working your way up from there.
Life already be lifing so let’s keep things simple and then work our way up.
A tiny routine that you repeat daily might seem insignificant, but it can lead to significant changes in your life. Sometimes, it's the smallest habits that have the most significant impact. Don't underestimate the power of consistency and commitment, even when the progress seems minimal. You'll be amazed at how much you can achieve by focusing on small but meaningful actions. So, start small, but dream big, and remember that every step counts.

Water a Plant- Learn to take care of something other than yourself.
Send a GM Text- Make someone's day
Have Phone breaks- Stay productive not distracted
Listen to music- Music is powerful almost everything is better with music.
Drink Water In the Morning- 60% of your body is water refuel yourself.
End your workday- Separate your life and work
Journal a Dope moment- Gratitude programs the mind of abundance
Put these into action right away to start seeing the change you want.
