The Lie I Started To Believe is the highlight of my life!!! "They couldn't see the journey.
Trust isn't built from finished work alone.
Trust is built when people begin to understand the person doing the work."
For the longest, I been feeling like my business is not where I want it to be. It makes money but, I still haven't reached the goals I have set for myself.
Now, I understand that I have to build my
"visibility floor." I have the business ,but need to make it visible. I need to show up more, connect with the right audience, and create a foundation so people can trust my business and the process behind it. Thank you for always reminding us of our worth and potential Max!
And you said it right: having the business is one thing. Making it visible enough for people to trust the process behind it is another.
The fact that it already makes money is a receipt. Now the next layer is letting people see the conviction, the consistency, and the person behind the work.
That visibility floor is how trust starts stacking.
Appreciate you always showing up and adding real perspective here.
This is an impactful reminder I'll save and refer to when I'm stuck in a slump and overwhelmed by the enormous demand and pressure to produce social media.
I really vibed with this piece. I've always been a "let my work speak for itself" type because I feel results can tell you more than just my words, and there's already plenty of people online who talk a lot—and say nothing. I never wanted to be one of those. I tend to pull back and get quiet when I don't have something to show, but you're right; I need to do a better job of making sure I'm at least still visible. Thank you for this.
This is exactly the tension I was trying to put into words. The answer isn't becoming louder. It's making sure the right people can find the person behind the work. Thanks for adding this perspective. It means a lot.

Been at this an extremely long time, due to the fact not enough people know what I do is my fault.
I’m working on that.
Finding the right door is another challenge.
Working on that as well.
